Individual student pictures will be taken on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 1st & 2nd. Students may wear something other than their uniform on the day of their picture, but they must still follow the dress code policy listed below. Pictures will be taken during Social Studies classes following the schedule below. Students should compare their schedule to the one below to find their picture time and day. Teachers have also been told to inform the students which day they go. NO PICTURE ENVELOPES will be handed out. Students will be given a QR code after their picture is taken. You will view, order and pay for pictures AFTER picture day using this code. If you have any questions, please call the Main Office at 691-1801.

Vineland All Middle School Productions (VAMP) will be holding auditions for this year's musical "Frozen Jr" on October 7th and 8th. They will also be holding a Meet and Greet to learn more about the production on October 3rd, at 6:30pm at Memorial School. Please see the flyers also for more info.

The following will be covered: Provide teens with the language to discuss the various types of assault, as well as, discussing the cycle of violence. Introduce strategies for handling sexual harassment, sexting, and covering the definition of various types of sexual assault. Recognizing and handling dangerous situations such as sexual assault involving a peer and a known adult offender.

Mrs. Super 7th grade Portrait of A Graduate Activity: Because the Portrait of a Graduate trait is "responsibility" we used our Panther Period to brainstorm areas of life in which we feel different responsibilities. They used one color marker to write down what they're responsible for as a student and responsibilities at home were written in a different color. They used a third marker to write down ways to deal with stress and time management. Students discussed how "filled" their "plates" were and starred and circled things that they wanted to prioritize and some things they could let go. We discussed distractions like social media, technology and other negative things that we tend to prioritize and how to cut back on them to be more responsible, how to not let social media take away our joy, and how to take responsibility for ourselves without blaming others. It was a three day lesson they loved and felt was extremely valuable :)
