🌊 8th Grade Takes On Big Kahuna's! ☀️
What a perfect way to celebrate the end of the year! Our 8th graders made a huge splash at Big Kahuna’s Water Park for their class trip, and a fantastic time was truly had by all.
From catching waves on the FlowRider and shooting hoops in the pool, to drifting down the lazy river and soaking up the sun poolside, the day was packed with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
A massive shoutout to our incredible students—not only did they have an absolute blast, but they were also incredibly well-behaved, representing our school beautifully all day long. Mother Nature definitely smiled on us too, serving up the most perfect, beautiful sunny weather we could have asked for.

What an incredible night of music! Last week, our talented students took the stage for the 2026 Spring Music Festival, and they absolutely blew us away. From the beautiful harmonies of our Choir to the sweeping melodies of our Strings and the powerful energy of our Band, it was a night to remember.

🕹️ Level Complete! Our 7th graders had an absolute blast at Dave & Buster’s last week! From intense air hockey tournaments to crushing the high scores, it was the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic school year. swipe left to see our students in gaming mode! 📸👇
Wednesday, we had a very special guest speaker in Ms. Armanini's class!! Mr. Dom, a pilot, visited our class and taught us all about airplanes and what it’s like to be a pilot. He shared pictures, brought in a sweet treat for everyone, and helped the students complete a fun craft! Each child also received their very own pilot wings and airplane sensory pop-it toy. ✈️💙

🩺 A Sports Physical is required and may be completed by your doctor or at one of the CompleteCare Mobile Medical Unit dates listed on the attached flyer. See Nurse Saige for the Sports Physical Packets.

❗️Sports Physical Packets will be accepted from June 1 through August 28. All completed Sports Physical Packets must be approved by the VPS District doctor before students may begin practice. Please note, this approval process takes approximately two weeks. To avoid delays, please complete and submit your physical paperwork as soon as possible.
‼️ Please bring completed packets to Nurse Saige from June 1st - 25th . During the summer months (July–August), completed packets should be turned in to the School Nurses at VHS South Building.
