Vineland School District Community,
The Vineland Board of Education is actively conducting a search for a new Superintendent of Schools and has partnered with Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) to guide this process. HYA specializes in supporting school boards in identifying and recruiting executive-level educational leaders.
As part of the search, the Board is seeking input from the community through multiple channels. In addition to the upcoming virtual focus groups, we are offering a virtual community survey. This survey provides an opportunity for all stakeholders to share their insights, priorities, and expectations for district leadership—helping to shape the leadership profile and selection criteria that reflect the needs of Vineland's students and families.
