IMMUNIZATIONS

New Jersey State Law mandates that ALL students entering the Public School system have specific immunizations prior to enrollment. The requirements for ALL kindergarten students are as follows:

v DPT, DtaP, Td, DT, DTP/HIB or Tetramune (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

¨ 4 doses with one dose ON OR AFTER the 4^th birthday

v IPV, OPV or eIPV (Polio)

¨ 3 doses with one dose ON OR AFTER the 4^th birthday

v MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

¨ 2 doses with one dose ON OR AFTER 1^st birthday

v HBV, Hep B (Hepatitis B)

¨ 3 doses

If you need to obtain proper immunizations for school, please contact the Vineland Health Dept. at 794-6162, or SHOTS FOR TOTS. SHOTS FOR TOTS provides free immunizations to those who have NO INSURANCE. Their hours in Vineland are as follows:
