    • ASVAB is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military.

    • Men 18 and older must register for the Selective Service System.

    • March2Success provides an online study program to help students prepare for standardized tests, improve school work and review materials.

  • Military Service Academies
    To be accepted into any service academy except for the Coast Guard Academy, you must first be nominated by either a United States Senator, United States Representative, or the Vice President of the United States who can nominate applicants to any academy except the Merchant Marine Academy.   • ROTC
    ROTC programs provide officer training for students during college, which could potentially be in exchange for scholarship money. In return, the students commit to serving for a set period of time after graduation. ROTC programs are offered at many schools and allow the student to have a traditional college experience while preparing for his or her future as an officer.   • Military Enlistment
    Before choosing a Service branch, a potential recruit has to meet the Military's basic entrance requirements (Each Service has different requirements, but some apply to the Military as a whole). They include factors such as age, education level, physical condition, and United States citizenship status. Please use the links below to begin your research:
