VHS Crew plans Texas Roadhouse fundraiser on March 23
The Vineland High School crew team is planning a Texas Roadhouse fundraiser on Tuesday, March 23, at the restaurant, 2299 N. 2nd Street, Millville from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.During that time, the restaurant will donate 10 percent of the bill of each diner presenting the coupon referenced in the link below.
Coupons will also be available that evening from the team or on it’s website: http://www.vhscrew.org under fundraisers.

VHS wrestling team sponsors buffet fundraiser at 5-Points Inn, March 27
An adults-only fundraiser sponsored by the Vineland High School wrestling team will be held Saturday, March 27, from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at Five Points Inn, Rt. 557 and East Landis Avenue.
All proceeds from the event benefit the VHS wrestling team.
Tickets are $25 each and include a buffet dinner of roast beef, roasted chicken, sausage and peppers, meatballs, pasta, and more.
Music for dancing will be provided by a disk jockey. There will be door prizes, a basket auction and 50/50 drawing.
The event will have a cash bar.

VHS baseball team breakfast fundraiser at North Italy Club, March 28
The Vineland High School Baseball Team is holding a breakfast fundraiser on March 28 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the North Italy Club, 414 Virano Lane.
In addition to raising funds for the team, the event is also an opportunity for those in attendance to meet the players and coaches.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for children under 12.

Sabater School slates dinner dance to help student activity fund: postponed until April 23
Gloria M. Sabater Elementary School will be hosting a dinner dance at the North Italy Club, Eighth Street and Virano Lane, on April 23, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. to raise funds for its student activity fund.
Tickets are $30 for this adults only event. The price includes a buffet dinner of baked chicken, roast beef, meatballs, baked ziti, green beans almandine, parsley potatoes, tossed salad, pasta salad and rolls. Beer is included in the ticket price and there will also be a cash bar.
Music for dancing will be provided by a disk jockey and there will also be karaoke.
The school will also be selling advertising space on a placemat that will be in use at the event. Cost is $35 for a business-card size space.

Wallace Middle School has rescheduled the “Scrappin for Literacy” event to take place on March 27.
The purpose of this event is to raise money to purchase books for the school's library.
The event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the school library. Cost is $35 per person, and includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a scrapbooking grab bag. Checks should be made payable to Wallace Middle School.
Creative Crafts and Creative Memories will be on hand for purchase. A journaling station, and circuit machine will be available for use. There will also be a gift auction and door prizes.

Educators 4 Autism plans 'Dance for a Cure' on April 9
Educators 4 Autism is holding its second annual "Dance for a Cure" on Friday, April 9, starting at 6:30 p.m., at the Heritage House in Millville.
Tickets are $35 and include a full buffet dinner, music for dancing by the band "Eleven Eleven", and a basket auction.
Dinner will be served from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be a cash bar.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Autism Speaks Walk on in Mount Laurel on May 22.
Autism Speaks has grown into the nation's largest autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families. Alpha Delta Kappa scholarship fundraiser - Hawaiian luau
ADK (Alpha Delta Kappa), an educational sorority of current and former Vineland Public School Educators, is currently raising funds for its annual scholarship given to a deserving Vineland High School senior.
The organization is holding a Hawaiian luau as this year's fundraiser.
The event is scheduled for April 24, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Vineland Lodge, Loyal Order Moose # 434 at 187 W. Wheat Road.
Tickets are $35 per person. Catering will be from the Greenview Inn and music provided by DJ Charlie. There will also be a basket auction

Spring flower fundraiser benefits VHS crew
The Vineland High School Crew Team is holding a spring flower sale as a fundraiser.
The following plants will be available and priced as follows:
- Gerber daisies - 4 1/2 inch pot - Cost $5 each
- Hanging baskets - 10 inch pot - Cost $15 each (some exclusions)
- Assorted annuals - Impatiens, Petunias, Marigolds & More ( mixing is allowed) 1 flat = 8 packs of 4 plants - cost $12 each.
Flowers will be available at C& M Flower Gardens, Union and Post Roads, from May 1 to May 31.
