• Looking for additional Secretary—Sandy Cruz expressed interest—start thinking about who wants to be officers for next year.

• Food fundraisers—generally well received by those in attendance. All money raised is spent on field trips, programs, and things directly benefiting the kids Cherrydale main fundraiser of year—be sure to check out on line ordering. Lots more to chose from. Last year, nearly $20,000 from Cherrydale.

• Fall Fest—community event 10-2 pm. Need people to help with set & clean up, and run stations. $10 to get spot as vendor or yard sale.

• Script program—campaign until beginning of November, so cards will be in by December. Next will be in spring.

• Other fundraising ideas from parents: Rita’s will donate % from sales all day, how about bowling, cookbooks, suggested not doing a cherrydale in fall next year, only in spring.

• Holiday shop will be at 5Below this year. Something new to try. Will give us back % of sales. Must bring flyer to store. Parents asked to have it on white paper so easier to reproduce.

• All school pics cancelled by BOE. Waiting to hear from them as to what we can and cannot do.

• Conflicts with dates on website (Mr. Hughes will be doing updates)

• Brief talk of casino night—This is a no-go per Mr. Ottinger.

..........2. Really need playground equip, 2 pieces just opened. Company has a cookie dough fundraiser where you make 75% profit. About $2000 for swing set (only swings) and upwards of $20,000 for full sets. Parents felt we need to be very open about why we fundraise.
