
Emergency Contacts
Having current Emergency Contacts is VERY IMPORTANT for the safety of your child.
If you would like to update contacts and phone numbers, please call the school, or the Registration office at the Board of Education (794-6700). We need UPDATED INFORMATION if:
your phone number has changed (unlisted numbers will not be given out)
your pager or cell phone have changed
your place of employment has changed
your address has changed
you wish to change the ‘Emergency Contacts’ previously listed
there are legal custody issues
We must be able to reach a Parent or Guardian in case there is an EMERGENCY. The hospital will not treat your child without parental consent unless it is a ‘life or death’ situation.
