RE: Vacation Day Approvals and the SubFinder System

Dear Colleagues,

Due to technical problems caused by the large amount of cancelled vacation days in the SubFinder system, all employees must have vacation days approved prior to calling SubFinder for vacation days.

Supervisors will not be able to deny vacation requests if the only reason for denial is a missing SubFinder Job number, as the employee must wait for approval to call out. All other reasons for denial are still applicable.
