This is very important information for all employees.
As of November 1, 2008, employees must apply for a pension loan online only.
This may be difficult for some employees who do not have access to computers at home and therefore all schools/department should designate a location where employees may have access to a computer. The Personnel Department will have the kiosk area outside our main office accessible for anyone also.
There are two documents that accompany this message.
The Certifying Officer letter and flyer have been issued by the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Pensions and Benefits to announce significant changes to pension loan application procedures.
