IMPACT

Our mission at IMPACT is to ensure a safe, creative, stimulating and caring environment that promotes self-esteem, sound character, responsibility and respect for diversity. This will enable students to become knowledgeable, skillful, and life-long learners who are contributing citizens in our changing society.

For more information about the IMPACT program, contact Kimberly Friddell, Executive Director at 856-794-6700 ext 6658.

The IMPACT program is a joint venture of the The City of Vineland, Vineland Public Schools, South Jersey Healthcare, The New Jersey Department of Human Services, and The New Jersey Department of Education, and The New Jersey Department of Children and Families. The IMPACT program links Family, School, Healthcare and Community through multiple grants from the NJ Departments of Children and Families and Department of Human Services.

The Parent Linking Program provides Vineland Public Schools students that are pregnant or parenting with a comprehensive program that allows them to stay in school and obtain their diploma, while receiving child care for their child.  In addition the participants receive a class at IMPACT everyday on topics including: life skills, child development, nutrition and other topics that are useful in the students daily life.  The goals of the program are: to eliminate a repeat pregnancy, high school graduation and a reduction in child abuse and neglect.  For information contact Kelly Hines or LeAnne DiAntonio at 856-794-6700 ext 6647.

The Family Outreach Program provides Abbott Preschool Provider Family Workers with social work support as they provide support to families attending their respective child care centers.  The social workers provide individual and group support and are “advisors” to the Family Workers as they obtain the Family Development Credential.  For information please call 856-794-6700 ext 6610

IMPACT offers a Child Care Program that is licensed by the NJ Department of Human Services and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.  Our state of the art facility provides quality care for infants from 6 weeks old to preschoolers up to age 6.  For information on registration, tuition rates or to schedule a tour, please contact Michele Brown, Operations Assistant at 856-794-6700 ext 6656 or Cheryl Rogers, Child Care Director at 856-794-6700 ext 6657.
