Landis Musical - "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown!"

Students from Landis School will take on the roles of the "Peanuts" gang in the delightful musical "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" May
17 and May 19 in the historic school's theatre. Curtain time for both performances is 7 p.m.Floor, Left to Right:  Emily Montagna, Darren Tomasso, Iisha Garcia, and Ryan Ojeda. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the main office at Landis school or at the door on the nights of the performance. There will also be a 9 a.m. performance on May 17 for elementary school students from the district.

The show is billed as "an average day in the life of Charlie Brown." It really is just that, a day made up of little moments picked from all the days of Charlie Brown, from Valentine's Day to the baseball season, from wild optimism to utter despair, all mixed in with the lives of his friends (both human and non-human) and strung together on the string of a single day, from bright uncertain morning to hopeful starlit evening.

The cast includes Steven Ribot as Charlie Brown; Angelica Quiles as Lucy; Darren Tomasso as Linus; Shelby Flores as Patty; Vaughn Garcia as Schroeder; Iisha Garcia as Snoopy; McKenzie Lillia as Peppermint Patty; Brianna Gonzalez as Marcie; Morgan Bishop as Sally; Emily Montagna as Freida; Mary Harris as Violet; Tiara Rodriguez as Eudora; Vanessa Caulford as Little Red-Headed Girl; and Ryan Ojeda as Pig Pen and Charlie Brown (understudy).
