9/29/05 - Sessions Held Throughout Day During Teachers' Prep Time - Teachers from all grades participated in the Easy Grade Pro workshops held by our own Miss Mercado, who has been using this grading program since last year. Teachers who took the workshop were Mr. Moniodis, Mr. Hughes, Mrs. Provenzano, Miss Holmes, Miss Bays, Miss Lonia, Mrs. Colon, Mrs. Curley, Mrs. Wilson, Mrs. Armstrong, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Fineman, Mrs. Casey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Fields, Mrs. LaTorre, Mrs. Wence, Mrs. Murie, and Mrs. Hawk.
9/30/05 - 9:30-12:30 & 1:00-4:00 - Both Mrs. Woodruff and Mr. Laubengeyer attended an introduction to Learning.com. The three hour workshop covered all aspects of the program and student accounts were finalized in order to give them immediate access to the program.
10/03/05 - 9:25-10:10 & 2:40-3:25 and 10/05/05 1:45-2:30 - Teachers from third and fourth grade were refreshed in their use of Kidbiz workshops given by Mrs. Woodruff and Mr. Laubengeyer. Those attending on the third were Miss Holmes, Mrs. Provenzano, Mrs. Murie, and Mrs. Evans. Those who attended on the fifth were Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Fineman, and Miss Armstrong.
10/03/05 - 12:30 - Miss Holmes learned how to operate Barse's digital camera in an informal session with Mr. Laubengeyer.
10/05/05 - 9:00-4:00 - Training was held for elementary school guidance counselors and A-team members on "Discovery Health Connection," with school SBTCs assisting in the training. Mr. Jester attended this workshop as well as Mr. Laubengeyer.
10/17/05 - 2:30 - Mrs. Laboy learned how to operate Barse's digital camera in an informal session with Mr. Laubengeyer.
12/07/05 - 3:00 - Mrs. Anthony underwent a short training session with Mr. Laubengeyer to learn how to complete basic Windows Movie Maker tasks.
12/15/05 - 10:15 - 10:40 - Mr. Hughes and his class were shown how to access and use their accounts on Think.com by Mr. Laubengeyer.
1/23/06 - 10:00 - 11:30 - Mr. Laubengeyer took part in the Cyber-Bullying workshop hosted at VHS North. The workshop was presented by Deputy Chief State Investigator Neil B. Cohen of the N.J. Division of Criminal Justice Science and Technology Bureau, and State Investigators Chris Howell and Christina Grape. 1/27/06 - 10:00 - 12:00 - The following staff members took part in a workshop hosted by Mr. Laubengeyer entitled "Advanced E-mail and Think.com:" Pat Abdill, Stephanie Armstrong, Sandi D'Ippolito, Debra Hernandez, Bill Jester, Janice Lonia, Matt Norcross, Tim Iulg, Brooke Smith, Joann Wilson, Elizabeth Anthony, Staci Bays, Linda Fineman, Linda Kaminskas, Marie Ludlam, Erin Semus, Mary Ann Gike, and Nancy Williams.
2/7/06 - 8:20 - Mr. Laubengeyer held an informal review training of Think.com with Miss Lonia.
2/24/06 - 2:00 - Mr. Laubengeyer held an informal training with Mrs. Niedzielski on taking a .pdf file and utilizing all or part of it in a graphics program. She was able to take a .pdf image and paste it into a graphic program to create certificates to give to students.
3/20/06 - 2:00 - Mr. Laubengeyer held a workshop training staff on how to send and save attachments in Outlook Express and Vineland's Webmail. The staff who attended were Mrs. Woodruff, Mrs. Wilson, Miss Armstrong, Miss Bays, Mrs. Reboyras, Mrs. Shindel, Mrs. Abdill, Mrs. Griffiths, Miss Lonia, Mrs. Fineman, Miss Gutierrez, Mrs. Pitale, Mrs. Daghini, Mrs. Kaminskas, Mrs. Shanaman, Miss Johnson, Mrs. Pantalione, Miss Forcinito, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Luko, Miss Semus, Mrs. Gike, Mrs. Thompson, Mrs. Anthony, Mrs. Ludlam, Mrs. Hernandez, and Mrs. Kahn.
