The Guidance Office is committed to providing assistance to the children and families of Barse School.
We help the students with issues associated with school, family, and friends.
We help the students develop skills of cooperation, time management, personal organization, conflict resolution, and personal responsibility.
We provide students of Barse school with a safe place to express themselves and work out their problems.
We are available to assist parents with any concerns they my have about their child’s academic or social development.
The Guidance office works closely with the school’s Affective or “A” team.
"A" team members include the two guidance counselors, our school social worker, the nurse and the community aide. The A team provides a much broader range of services. These services extend into the community to help resolve problems a family may be facing that effect their child’s performance in school.
